What you may do, what you may not, and what we do not promise

By using FAN CALL you agree to what is written below. Short and with no legal fog.
What this service is
You open a creator's link, record up to ten seconds of voice and send it. The recording reaches the creator. The recordings of one day are assembled into a track that the creator listens to end to end.
We promise to DELIVER your voice to the creator. We do not promise that they will listen to it, reply, or take it into a release: that is decided by a live person, not by the service.
Age
- You can call from age 13, and in European Union countries from 16.
- You can allow your voice to be used in public releases from 18.
- Lying about your age is not allowed. If it turns out a person is younger, the recordings are deleted.
What you may not record
- Threats, harassment, calls for violence.
- Other people's personal information — phone number, address, card number, someone else's secret.
- Someone else's voice recorded without that person's knowledge.
- Advertising and mailings.
- Anything that is against the law of your country.
A violation is a reason to delete the recording and close off access. For a gross violation we do it immediately and without warning.
Your voice stays yours
We do not take the rights to your recording for ourselves. You give us permission to store it, process it and deliver it to the creator — exactly so that the service works.
Permission to put your voice into a public release is separate, voluntary and not given by default. What exactly it means is written on the "Release permission" page.
Limits and money
How many calls a month are free and what a paid plan gives you is shown on the plans screen. The numbers may change; the ones in force are always the ones visible on the screen.
Payments are not connected yet. While there are none, there is nothing to pay for and no charge can happen.
Complaints
Every call card and every reply card has a "report" button. A complaint about a creator comes to us, not to the creator. We look at it with the eyes of a live person.
Deletion
You can delete your recording at any moment with the button on the card. The creator's reply to a deleted call goes with it. The limit you have spent is not returned — otherwise deleting would become a way to call without counting.

What we do not guarantee
- That the service works without interruptions: it is young, things will break.
- That the creator will reply or that your voice will make it into the day's track.
- That a released video can be edited afterwards: it is already with the viewers.
If these terms change
The date at the top of the page will show when that happened. We will say so in the app about substantial changes, and we will write to those who have an email on file.
